Mr. John Thomas "J.T." Perkins, age 90, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on March 14, 1924, in Vevay, Indiana, to the late, John T. & Jessie (Leap) Perkins. J.T. resided all of his life in the Vevay Community & cared for by Robert & Cleone Martin & Robbie Smith, until they passed away. J.T. enjoyed sports & walking around town socializing with people & local businesses. J.T. passed away at 8:17 am, Friday, October 10, 2014, at the Swiss Villa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Vevay, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents: John T. & Jessie (Leap) Perkins.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at the Vevay Cemetery in Vevay, Indiana.
