Life Story for Mrs. Carolyn Louise (Holtke) Kincaid

Mrs. Carolyn Louise (Holtke) Kincaid, age 72, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on July 22, 1942, in Loveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late, Henry Joseph & Natalie Marie (Winston) Holtke. She was raised in Loveland, Ohio, where she attended the Loveland High School. Carolyn was united in marriage on February 22, 1964, at the St. Columbian Catholic Church in Loveland, Ohio, to the late, George William Kincaid & to this union arrived a son, James Thomas to bless their home. Carolyn & George shared 54 years of marriage together until he passed away on November 25, 2010. She was a former Clerk for the Kiddie City Toy Store in Cincinnati, Ohio, for 12 years. Carolyn resided in the Grosebeck Ohio Community, for 35 years & the past 18 years in the Switzerland County Community. Carolyn was a member of the Switzerland County Community Church in Vevay, Indiana. Carolyn will be remembered for her love of collecting clowns, merry-go-rounds & carnival items. Carolyn died at 6:02 pm, Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Carolyn will be missed by her son: James Thomas Kincaid of Cincinnati, OH; her sisters: Agnes Smith of Loveland, OH, Joan Bryant of Loveland, OH & Dorothy DeBord of Tipp City, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Henry Joseph & Natalie Marie (Winston) Holtke; her husband: George William Kincaid, died November 25, 2010.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at 11:00 am, by Rev. Charles Dayadharum, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Kirker Cemetery, West Union, Ohio.

Friends may call 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.
