Please know that I am thinking about Debbie and praying for your family at this most difficult time. I will never forget Debbie's warm smile and bubbly personality. Her love for life taught me to be happy with each day the Lord gives me. It was fun to watch Debbie compete in Special Olympics events, always striving to win, but also following the words of the oath, "Let me win, but if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt". She was without doubt, one of my favorite students at the DTC. I know that she is now with the Creator looking down on us with that beautiful smile. Please remain strong by remembering how Debbie touched so many of us during her life.
