Miss Bailee Jean Smith was born 6 months premature on Thursday, March 12, 2015 in Madison, Indiana. Bailee was expected to be the loving daughter of, Scotti Smith & Jeri Lynn Hudson. Bailee passed away at 5:54 am, Thursday, March 12, 2015, at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

Bailee will be dearly missed by her loving parents: Scotti Smith & Jeri Lynn Hudson of Vevay, IN; her big brother: Hayden Hudson-Smith of Vevay, IN; her paternal-grandparents: Roger & Tonya Smith of Bennington, IN; her maternal-grandparents: David Holmes & Stephanie Hudson of Bennington, IN; her paternal-great-grandmothers: Geneva Scotti of Vevay, IN & Lucille Smith of East Enterprise, IN; her maternal-great-grandmother: Debbie Stewart of Vevay, IN; her aunts: Hailee Otter & her husband: Michael of Vevay, IN, Ashley Goins of Dillsboro, IN, Kristi Smith of Mason, OH, Whitney Budka & her husband: Eric of Winamac, IN & Grace Holmes of Patriot, IN; her uncles: Trevor Smith & his fiancée: Bre Hinman of Vevay, IN, Brent Hudson of East Enterprise, IN & William Hudson of Bennington, IN.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather: Jerry Hudson; her paternal-great-grandfather: Boyd Smith; her paternal-great-grandfather: Toni Scotti & her paternal-great-grandmother: Josephine "Jo" Scotti.

A Memorial Service will be conducted Monday, March 16, 2015, at 11:00 am, by Pastor KC Banta, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.
