Ms. Judith Ann Riggs, age 70, of Patriot, Indiana, entered this life on September 5, 1944, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late, William & Ida (Williams) Riggs. She was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio & graduated from high school in Norwood, Ohio. Judith was united in marriage on May 3, 1963, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Paul Foster Koch & to this union arrived a son, William to bless their home. Judith was a former employee in the food industry for Belterra from 2002-2009. She was also a former employee for Frisch's, from 2011-2013. Judith resided the past 16 years in the Patriot community. Judith will be remembered for her love of fishing. Judith died at 7:50 am, Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana.

Judith will be missed by her son: William Koch of Patriot, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents: William & Ida (Williams) Riggs; her brother: Ronnie Riggs & her sisters: Helen Riggs & Patty Koban.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
