Mr. Kevin L. Kelly, age 52, of Bennington, Indiana, entered this life on December 6, 1962, in Aurora, Indiana, the son of the late, Leon Edward & Marlene Joy (Cheek) Kelly. He was raised in Aurora, Indiana & was a graduate of the South Dearborn High School. Kevin was united in marriage on June 12, 1989, in Sevierville, Tennessee, to Lana Carol Chandler. Kevin and Lana shared 26 years of marriage together until his death. Kevin was currently employed since 2007 for the Madison Juvenile Correction Facility at the Madison State Hospital in Madison, Indiana. He was a former jailor for the Switzerland County Sheriff's Department, for 4 years. He was also a truck driver for Crumm Trucking in Batesville, Indiana and for Powell Trucking in Elizabethtown, Ohio, for several years. He was a former Aurora city councilman from 1986-1990. He was a member of the Belle River Masonic Lodge No. 32 F&AM in Patriot, Indiana. Kevin enjoyed fishing, riding ATV's, NASCAR and his dog, CC. Kevin died at 12:34 pm, Saturday, July 18, 2015, at the University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kevin will be missed by his wife of 26 years: Lana (Chandler) Kelly of Bennington, IN; his daughters: Jenne Childers of Lawrenceburg, IN, Paige Kelly & her companion: Cody Fuller of Vevay, IN & Blair Kelly of Salt Lake City, UT; his son: Derek Pike of Florence, IN; his grandchildren: Ashlynn Laura-Leigh Kelly, Kaden Kelly, Alex Shackleford, Mason Kelly, Avery Childers, Kyan Kelly, Adalynn Mae Garrett & Brantlee Kevin Fuller; his brothers: Toby Kelly & his wife: Janie of Dillsboro, IN & Dennis Montgomery & his wife: Jean of Lawrenceburg, IN; his sisters: Jane Webster of Versailles, IN & Kim Kelly & her husband: Craig of Carmel, IN & his numerous nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Leon Edward & Marlene Joy (Cheek) Kelly; his sister: Rhonda Dunn & his brother: Timothy Montgomery.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 24, 2015, at 11:00 am, by Rev. Mike Jones, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
