Barbara Jean (Davis) Taylor, age 80, born in Lakeland, Florida on November 8, 1937, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 7:13 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana, due to complications after her heart surgery. She graduated from high school in Avon Park, Florida in 1957.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Glenn Eugene Taylor of Vevay, Indiana; her children, Shirley Borchers of Montana, Budd Cobb of Montana, Eddie Cobb of Florida, Earl Cobb of Indiana and Erik Cobb of North Carolina; her several grandchildren; her several great-grandchildren; her brother, John F. Davis of Palm Harbor, FL; her sister, Joan C. Brill of Lakeland, FL and her several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mildred L. (Gibson) Davis and her sister, Grace M. Denny.

Graveside Services will be conducted Monday, May 14, 2018, at 1:00 pm, by Eric Cobb, at the Sharpsville Cemetery, East Elm Street Sharpsville, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Switzerland Masonic Lodge No. 122 F&AM. Cards are available at the funeral home.
