Obituary for Carol Ann Golay (Neal)
Ms. Carol Ann (Neal) Golay, age 53, of Indianapolis, Indiana, entered this life on May 19, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Charles Estle and Patricia Ann "Patti" (Bliss) Neal. Carol was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and was a 1985 graduate of the Beech Grove High School. Carol was employed as a dispatcher for Triple A, Cooks Towing and Hicks Towing in the Indianapolis community for several years. Carol was working on becoming an advocate for sexual assault victims. Carol was of the Christian faith and enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She loved listening to music, especially Stevie Nicks and watching TV. Carol passed away at 10:14 a.m., Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the St. Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Carol will be deeply missed by her children, Donald Carson of Indianapolis, IN, Tabitha Carson and her fiancé, Thomas Ferguson of Indianapolis, IN and Andrew Carson and his fiancée, Ashley Jordan of Indianapolis, IN; her step-children, Travis Golay and his wife, Christy of Beech Grove, IN and Heather Arthur and her husband, James of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Devon Tackett, Caidyn Pavey, Ethan Pavey, Jaeshawn Jordan, Sophia Carson, Aubrey Carson, Andrew Carson, Madison Arthur, Ashlynn Arthur, McKaya Arthur, James Arthur, Jr. and Travis Golay, Jr.; her brothers, Terry Neal of Tampa, FL and Danny Neal of Indianapolis, IN and her several nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Estle Neal and Patricia Ann "Patti" (Bliss) Neal; her grandchild, Alexander Carson; her sister, Charlene Renee Bherns; her grandparents, Ada (Roland) Lock, Harold L. Bliss and Luther and Beatrice Dimple (Carnes) Neal.
Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home. 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2022, by Rev. Mike Jones, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.
Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
