Obituary for Elizabeth "Grace" Ridener

Elizabeth "Grace" Ridener, age 10, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on September 16, 2009 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was raised in Switzerland County, Indiana and was currently in the 4th grade at Jefferson-Craig Elementary School. She was active in the 4-H Rockers and Little Swiss Polka Dancing for the Swiss Wine Festival that she enjoyed participating in. Grace enjoyed playing with her baby dolls and rabbit, swimming, camping and coloring. She also enjoyed going wherever her mother went (she was attached to Lisa at the hip)! Grace passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at her residence due to a house fire in Vevay, Indiana.

Grace will be deeply missed by her parents, Darwin Harold "Dobbie" and Lisa M. (Phelps) Ridener of Vevay, IN; her paternal-grandparents, Darwin and Jeanette Ridener of Vevay, IN; her siblings, Carly Archer and her husband, Adam of Vevay, IN, Casie Jesop and her husband, Ryan of Vevay, IN, Courtney Dayadharum and her husband, Nathaniel of Vevay, IN, Joe Spilman and his wife, Shellie of Vevay, IN, David Campbell of Vevay, IN and Jason Campbell of East Enterprise, IN; her cousins, Halle Archer, Adalyn Archer, Beckham Archer, Jett Archer, Ashlyn Jesop, Easton Jesop, Isaiah Dayadharum, Micah Dayadharum, Madison Spilman, Michael Spilman, Mason Campbell and Rayson Campbell and her numerous aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her maternal-grandparents, Bill and Del Phelps and her aunts, Amy Childress and Chrissy Ridener. Grace was joined in death by her siblings, Paige Allison Marie Ridener, James Samuel "Sam" Ridener, Jordan Thomas Ridener, Joshua "Austin" Ridener and Emilee Alyssa Ridener.

Private family services are being held at the convenience of the family.

A Celebration of Grace's Life will be held at a later date.

Interment will be held in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
