Mr. Jeffrey Allen "Jeff" Brown, age 59, of Quercus Grove, Indiana, entered this life on October 23, 1961 in Seattle, Washington. He was raised in Gurnee, Illinois and attended Warren High School. Jeff was inducted into the United States Army National Guard on August 2, 1982 in Henderson, Nevada. He earned the Rifle M-16 SPS Quality Badge and the Army Service Ribbon. He was honorably discharged with the rank of Specialist 4th Class on February 19, 1985 in Nevada. Jeff was a former mechanic for Pep Boys in Las Vegas, Nevada for several years. Jeff was a wonderful artist and enjoyed writing poetry, hunting and hiking. Jeff was found deceased on Friday, January 15, 2021, at his residence.

Jeff is survived by his son, Matthew Fredrick Wander and his wife, Aommilie of Vevay, IN; his grandson, Noah Wander; his brother, John Brown and his wife, Kimberly of Las Vegas, NV; his sister, Mary Steffenhagen and her husband, Bob of Trevor, WI and his several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Leslie Brown and Joann Marie (Redelfs) Rasmussen and his brother, Steve Brown.
