Mrs. Julia Kay (Rariden) Wright, age 70, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on June 10, 1949 in Muncie, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of the late Robert Sterling and Ruth Carolyn (Wiley) Rariden. She was raised in Anderson, Indiana and was a 1967 graduate of Anderson High School. Julia received her bachelor's degree in education from Indiana State University and later her master's degree from Ball State University. On April 23, 1977 in Anderson, Indiana Julia was united in marriage to William Robert "Bob" Wright. She retired as the special education teacher for Anderson School Corporation in Anderson, Indiana. She later retired as a substitute teacher for Carroll County School Corporation in Carrollton, Kentucky. Julia resided in the Switzerland County community since 1994. Julia passed away at 5:40 a.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at her residence.

Julia will be lovingly remembered by her husband, William Robert "Bob" Wright of Vevay, Indiana; her daughters, Molly Wright and her companion, Travis Webster of Perry Park, Kentucky and Buffi Hatfield of Arizona; her grandchildren, William Smith, Giuliana Smith, Travis Webster, Jr. and Krosley Webster.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Sterling Rariden, died January 23, 2010 and Ruth Carolyn (Wiley) Rariden, died December 19, 2016; her sons, BJ and Collin Wright and her sister, Leslie Wright.
