Mrs. Lucinda Rose (McNutt) Warrix, age 63, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on February 2, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late, Herbert Ben McNutt and Elizabeth (Parnell) McNutt Bias. Lucinda was raised in Hebron, Kentucky where she attended school. Lucinda was later united in marriage on May 13, 1981 to George Cecil Warrix in Huntington, West Virginia. Lucinda and George shared over 24 years of marriage together until he passed away on July 4, 2005. Lucinda was a former cook for Granny's Restaurant in Vevay, Indiana and for Little Shrimp in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. She was a wonderful homemaker and was a member of the Switzerland County Homemakers Club. Lucinda enjoyed sewing, playing games with her grandchildren and spending time with her family. She had a great passion for music. Lucinda passed away at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at her residence.

Lucinda will be missed by her daughters, Belinda Cuneo and her husband, Thomas of Vevay, IN and Elizabeth Warrix of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Raymond Cuneo and his wife, Brittany, Caden Cuneo and Aubre Cuneo; her sister, Shirley Fields of Crittenden, KY; her brother, Wayne McNutt and his wife, Charlotte of Batesville, IN and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Ben McNutt and Elizabeth (Parnell) McNutt Bias; her husband, George Cecil Warrix; her brothers, Edward Williams and Herbert Ben McNutt, Jr.; her niece, Barbara Hurst; and her companion, Harvey Love.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Eastview Cemetery, Patriot, Indiana.
