Obituary for Raymond Gerald Lilly Sr.
Mr. Raymond Gerald Lilly Sr., age 74, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2022 at his home in Florence, Indiana. He was born on September 30, 1948 in Lexington, Kentucky to Mafree and James Lilly. He owned a trucking company, loved fast cars and boats, and watching drag racing, but most of all he loved spending quality time with his family. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Raymond is survived by his siblings, James Wallace Lilly Jr., Allyson Kay Lilly, Rodney Dean Lilly, Gwendolyn Grace (McGurren) Lilly, Kathleen Sue Lilly, Loretta Lynn Lilly and Pamela Ann (Conley) Lilly; his children, Rhonda (Vandermolen) Lilly, Raymond Lilly Jr., Daryl Lilly, Scott Lilly and Christopher Lilly; his 20 grandchildren and his several great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mafree and James Lilly and his brother, Paul Wesley Lilly.
