Mrs. Rebecca Lynn "Becky" (Hiatt) Richards, age 54, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on July 31, 1966 in Covington, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of the late, Glenn Lee and Loretta Beatrice (Arnette) Hiatt. She was a 1984 graduate of Conner High School in Hebron, Kentucky. Becky was united in marriage on April 15, 1994 at the Cincinnati Airport to Roy Lee Richards. This happy union was blessed with a daughter MaKayla on June 19, 2001. Becky and Roy shared nearly 27 years of marriage together until her death. Becky was a former employee for Swiss Embroidery in Vevay, Indiana for three years, Dorman Products in Warsaw, Kentucky for two years and as a blackjack dealer for Belterra Casino & Resort in Florence, Indiana for nine months. She was also formerly employed in security for the Cincinnati Airport from 1985 - 1995. Becky enjoyed socializing on Facebook with her friends and fishing as well as quilting and cooking. Becky passed away at 8:15 p.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Becky will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Roy Lee Richards of Vevay, IN; her daughter, MaKayla Richards of Findlay, OH; her brothers, Stephen Hiatt of Florence, KY, Bryan Hiatt and his wife, Kristian of Elsmere, KY and Kevin Hiatt of Elsmere, KY; her sister, Debra Maeder of Independence, KY and her several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Lee and Loretta Beatrice (Arnette) Hiatt.

Becky's wishes were for her body to be donated to science and to make a lasting and meaningful contribution to medical science.
