Life Story for Susan Claudette Eads

Susan Claudette Eads, age 64, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Switzerland County, Indiana, entered this life on December 25, 1954, in Pineville, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of, Claude Harrison and Doris Ann (Huff) Eads. She was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio until her senior year of high school. The family moved to the Switzerland County community where she was a 1973 graduate of Switzerland County High School. Susan was employed in security for Burns Security and Merchants Security for 10 years in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also employed for 25 years for McDonald's in Cincinnati, Ohio. In her younger years, Susan was a member of the Job's Daughters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Susan enjoyed shopping and socializing with her family and friends. Susan passed away at 6:41 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, Kentucky.

Susan will be missed by her loving mother, Doris Ann (Huff) Eads of Mt. Sterling, IN; her sister, Barbara Carol Carrier of Mt. Sterling, IN; her brother, Claude Alan Eads and his wife, Carmon of Dillsboro, IN; her nephew, Gregory Alan Dunning and his wife, Melissa of Mt. Sterling, IN; her niece, Chloe Ann Eads of Fishers, IN; her great-nephews, Alex Dunning and his wife, Katy of Mt. Sterling, IN and Eric Alan Dunning of Ludlow, KY; her great-niece, Madalynn Dawn Dunning of Mt. Sterling, IN and her great-great-niece, Kennedy Alexis Dunning of Mt. Sterling, IN.

She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Harrison Eads, died May 23, 2011; her paternal-grandparents, Sillas and Lucy (Ellis) Eads and her maternal-grandparents, Finley and Mary Alice (Saylor) Huff.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 22, 2019, at 11:00 am, by Rev. Charles Dayadharum at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
