Obituary for Terry Lee Hinman
Mr. Terry Lee Hinman, age 55, of Fairview, Indiana, entered this life on May 12, 1967 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. He was the son of the late Ralph Leroy and Elizabeth Irene (Konkle) Hinman. Terry was raised in Florence, Indiana and was a 1985 graduate of Switzerland County High School. Terry was employed for 31 years for North American Stainless in Ghent, Kentucky until September 2021. Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing and guns, as well as, metal detecting and socializing. Terry's courageous fight with colon cancer since May 2021 ended at 7:10 a.m., Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Terry is survived by his son, Chance Hinman of East Enterprise, IN; his daughter, Teryn Burton and her husband, Jeremy of Florence, IN; his grandchildren, Matti, Darlene and Addie; his brother, Tracy Hinman and his wife, Melissa of Florence, IN; his sister, Tandra Hinman of Carrollton, KY; his nieces and nephews, Jordan Hinman, Storm Hinman and his wife, Crystal, Dillon Hinman and his fiancée, Catherine and Brelynn Smith and her husband, Trevor; his several great-nieces and great-nephews; his aunt, Ruthie Shadday of Vevay, IN and his special friends that helped tend to his needs, Jed Byrd, Shelly Gray, Chip Moore and Bobby Varble.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Leroy Hinman, died February 21, 2005 and his mother, Elizabeth Irene (Konkle) Hinman, died December 10, 2009.
