Obituary for Travis Michael Webster

Mr. Travis Michael Webster, age 32, of Perry Park, Kentucky, formerly of Switzerland County, Indiana entered this life on April 5, 1988 at the Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. He was the loving son of, Barry Lynn Webster, whom preceded him in death and Carolyn Jo (Darbro) Webster Lee. He was raised in Switzerland County, Indiana and was a 2007 graduate of the Switzerland County High School. While in school, Travis enjoyed participating in Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Switzerland County 4-H and was active in cross country, baseball and basketball. He was named the Most Valuable Player for his outstanding three games played in the basketball sectionals in 2006. Travis also enjoyed playing on the Madison American Legion Baseball team. Travis worked alongside his father for Webster Concrete in Vevay, Indiana from 2003-2009. He was also employed for Honda Manufacturing in Greensburg, Indiana in 2013. Travis was later employed for L&M Concrete in Rising Sun, Indiana from 2016-2018 and North American Stainless in Ghent, Kentucky from 2018-2019. Travis recently was to begin working as a concrete finisher for East & Westbrook Construction in Goshen, Kentucky. Travis resided all of his life in the Switzerland County community before moving to Perry Park, Kentucky in April 2019. For fun, you could find Travis outdoors going fishing and hunting as well as going to dirt tracks watching late model races and spending quality time with his children. Travis will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends. Travis passed away unexpectedly due to a seizure and was found at 8:24 a.m., Friday, March 5, 2021 in the Kentucky River in Owen County, Kentucky.

Travis leaves behind to treasure his memory his 6 year old son, Travis Michael Webster, II of Perry Park, KY and his 5 year old daughter, Krosley Jo'Lynn Webster of Perry Park, KY; his heartbroken mother and step-father, Carolyn Jo (Darbro) and Larry Lee of Perry Park, KY; his brothers, Clinton Greene and his fiancée, Rachel Neff Louisville, KY, Barry Lynn Webster, II. and his wife, Samantha of Shelbyville, IN; his sisters, Michelle Kathleen Breeck of Milton, KY and Stacey Knight and her husband, Mike of Lawrenceburg, IN; his step-brother, Patrick Lee of Perry Park, KY; his maternal-grandmother, Norma (Dilts) Darbro-Earls of Vevay, IN; his maternal aunts and uncles, Beanie and Mark Driver of East Enterprise, IN, Debbie Simpson of Vevay, IN, Billie Kuhen of Vevay, IN, Jill Darbro of Madison, IN, Larry and Debra Darbro of Florence, IN, Bobby Darbro of Vevay, IN, Fred Earls of Madison, IN, Mike and LuAnn Earls of Lakeland, FL, Bill and Nelda Earls of Fayetteville, OH, Sharon and Darrell Hansel of Vevay, IN and Mary Catherine "Cathy" Darbro of Madison, IN and his numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Barry Lynn Webster, died September 23, 2016; his maternal-grandfather, Roy Darbro; his paternal-grandparents, Raymond Lee and Emma Kathleen (Hambrick) Webster; his uncles, Gregory Dale Webster, Ricky Webster, Larry Webster, Raymond Webster, Charles Denver Darbro, Melvin Gayle Darbro, Gary Ray Darbro and Paul "Kenny" Darbro and his aunts, Sandra Upton and Patricia Morrison.

Due to COVID-19, masks are required along with social distancing. Friends may call 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Concord Cemetery, Patriot, Indiana.
