Life Story for Mrs. Norma Jean (Foxworthy) Wilson

Mrs. Norma Jean (Foxworthy)  Wilson
Mrs. Norma Jean (Foxworthy) Wilson, age 75, of near Moorefield, Indiana, entered this life on February 10, 1939, in Colfax, Indiana, the loving daughter of the late, Samuel & Lucille (Miller) Foxworthy. She was raised on the Westside in Indianapolis, Indiana where she was a graduate of the Tech High School. Norma was united in marriage on June 12, 1971, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to G.A. "Pee Wee" Wilson. Norma & Pee Wee shared nearly 44 years of marriage together until her death. Norma was a former Contract Negotiator for Naval Avionics in Indianapolis, Indiana, retiring after 20 years of service. She was a member of the Vevay American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #185 & the Vevay VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #5396. Norma enjoyed playing cards & gambling. Norma died at 6:40 am, Monday, January 12, 2015, at The Water's of Clifty Falls in Madison, Indiana.

Norma will be missed by her loving husband: G.A. "Pee Wee" Wilson of near Moorefield, IN; her daughter: Sandra Noblitt & her husband: Michael of near Moorefield, IN; her sisters: Shirley Knight of Terre Haute, IN & Mildred Brumett of St. Petersburg, FL; her brother: Roger Foxworthy of TN; her several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Samuel & Lucille (Miller) Foxworthy; her brother: Billy Foxworthy.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at 7:00 pm, by Rev. Ron Lee, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.

Friends may call 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society. Cards are available at the funeral home.
