Mr. Michael Kevin West, age 57, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on March 30, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late, James Sylvester and Irene Una (McClinton) West. He was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended school. Michael resided in the Vevay, Indiana community for the past 3 months. Michael enjoyed listening to music and watching the traffic go by every day. Michael passed away at 10:09 am, Monday, November 7, 2016, at his residence in Vevay, Indiana.

Michael will be missed by his daughters: Amy Knight of Cincinnati, OH, Jennifer West of Cincinnati, OH, Samantha West of Cincinnati, OH, Kylee Crouse of Cincinnati, OH and Carrie Orourke of Cincinnati, OH; his son: Michael Kevin West, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH; his sisters: Karen Backus of Rising Sun, IN, Sue West of Lawrenceburg, IN, Melissa Butler of Greendale, IN and Shannon Courtney of Moores Hill, IN; his brother: Bob West of Deer Park, OH and his several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James Sylvester and Irene Una (McClinton) West and his sister: Melinda Ann Katherine Bradford, died January 8, 2015.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday, November 11, 2016, at 11:00 am, by Chaplain Tammy Moore, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Friday, November 11, 2016, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.
