Ms. Jacquline Bea "Jackie" (Ramseyer) Van Winkle, age 70, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on April 29, 1949 in Batesville, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of the late, J.B. and Norma Jean (Hatton) Ramseyer. She was raised in Aurora, Indiana where she was a 1968 graduate of Aurora High School. Jackie was united in marriage on March 1, 1968, in Rhode Island to the late, Terry Lee Ellis. This happy union was blessed with a son, Terry and two daughters, Rebecca and Stacie. Jackie was later united in marriage in 1984 in Rising Sun, Indiana to Gerald "Jerry" Van Winkle. She was employed for the US Shoe Factory in Vevay, Indiana, for five years. Jackie was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed sewing, being on her computer and socializing with family and friends on Facebook. Most of all Jackie loved her dog, Rudy and will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. Jackie passed away at 4:26 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2019, at the Norton Women's and Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Jackie will be missed by her daughters, Rebecca "Becky" Smith and her husband, Troy of Florence, IN and Stacie Moore of Vevay, IN; her step-son, Terry Van Winkle of Dillsboro, IN; her step-daughter, Penny Livingston and her husband, Terry of Dillsboro, IN; her grandchildren, Michael Ellis, Angela Staggs, Jason Papucci, Austin Papucci, Hannah Moore and Evan Moore; her great-grandchildren, Page, Axel, Hayden, Jada and Jason; her step-grandchildren, Wade, Shane, Brett, Blake, John and Casey; her step-great-grandchildren, Bryson and Lincoln; her sister, Linda Collins and her husband, Richard of Milan, IN; her brother, Tommy Ramseyer and his wife, JoAnne of Dillsboro, IN; her niece, Gail Ramseyer and her nephews, Jeff Ramseyer, Billy Ramseyer, Michael Collins and Andy Collins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. Ramseyer, died September 4, 1995 and Norma Jean (Hatton) Ramseyer, died September 6, 2003; her son, Terry Lee Ellis, Jr., died September 22, 1968; her grandson, Gage Logan Moore, died February 19, 2000 and her step-granddaughter, Ryan Michelle Livingston, died September 3, 2004.
